The Richmond Junior Golf Tour
has been in existence since 1997 and seeks to reach junior golfers in Virginia .
The mission is to provide young girls and boys, ages 8-18, introduction to competition so that they may improve their golf skills.
 
Jamie Fagan
is the PGA General Manager of Dogwood Trace Golf Course in Petersburg, Virginia. In addition to teaching, managing Dogwood Trace, conducting clinics for at-risk youth in Petersburg and playing golf with his own four children, Jamie has maintained his focus on providing youth an opportunity to experience competition through the Richmond Junior Golf Tour.
Jamie and his staff are proud that the tour is in its twelfth year of existence and are committed to providing memorable and diverse junior golf events with a concentration on camaraderie and learning through competition. In 2009, Jamie won the MAPGA Junior Golf Leader Award and has challenged himself to strengthen his commitment to junior golf by developing and delivering complementary quality events so children may sharpen their golf skills, inside and outside of the traditional summer golf season. | |
